A Clearing to Release the "Middle of the Night" Anxiety, Regret, and Worry

Merry Christmas! I hope as the year comes to a close, you're able to take a moment to celebrate all that you've accomplished and become. If it's been a tough year and it feels like your life is in some ways falling apart, I applaud you for doing what you've had to in order to stay strong and get through it.

It's easy to feel like a failure some days or to beat yourself up with regret for the past and/or fear of what may come...
As my Christmas present to you, I wanted to include a clearing exercise to help provide comfort and relief during these kinds of difficult moments.

Even though I'm feeling stressed and worried right now, there's so much going on that I can't control and to top it all off...I'm even feeling worried that I haven't handled the things I could control exactly as well as I should have. I accept all these parts of me, they're just the parts of me that want everyone to be happy and okay and is feeling powerless to make that happen, I'm doing the best I know how.

Even though I'm feeling worried about everything that can go wrong or get worse from here on out, I'm trying to think positive, but right now these emotions are feelings pretty intense and dark. I don't like to dwell on the negative, but I'm having a hard time letting this stress and negativity go.

Even though I'm feeling anxious and worried, it's hard to go to sleep. On top of feeling worried and upset, I'm also feeling disappointed with myself for all the things I should have said or done differently, I love this part of me, it's the part of me that really cares and wants everyone to feel loved and accepted, I'm doing the best I know how.

Inside of eyebrow: I'm feeling stressed and worried about the people I love.

Side of eye: I can't sleep! There's so much going on and I worry that I haven't handled these problems the best way that I could have.

Under the eye: I'm worried that there won't be a way out of these problems.

Under the nose: I'm sure there is a solution and maybe things aren't as bleak as they seem right now, the problem is, I feel surrounded by this heavy stressful energy and I can't seem to get out of it.

Chin: I'm open to allowing all of my feelings. I'm upset, worried, disappointed, hurt... there's a lot going on and a lot to process.

Collarbone: I'm open to accepting myself and all of these feelings. Maybe the problems seem huge or maybe I didn't handle the situation the way I wish I would have but I'm open to learning what I can from these experiences and forgiving myself.

Under the arm: At the time, I did the best I knew how and I am currently doing the very best that I can to resolve the problem. I appreciate me for taking the time to release all of this stress so I can connect with guidance and inspiration to know where to go from here.

Top of the head: I'm open to forgiving myself and this painful situation and all involved. I'm choosing to trust that I am surrounded at this moment with spiritual support and help.

Inside of the eyebrow: I might not know the answer yet, but I'm open to trusting that the situation is being worked out for the best.

Side of the eye: I'm open to putting my attention on the things that I can control and imagining the rest of the situation as being Divinely orchestrated and working out for the highest good of all involved.

Under the eye: I'm open to asking for the grace of wisdom and guidance to help me through this situation.

Under the nose: I can't do this by myself, I need to get above the situation so I can see it from a different perspective.

Chin: I'm open to trusting that I'm stronger than I think I am.

Collarbone: I'm open to feeling calm and peaceful and seeing this situation and all involved as being surrounded by Divine healing and support.

Under the arm: I'm open to trusting that it's all being worked out for the best.

Top of the head: I'm open to feeling calm and peaceful.

Take a few deep breaths and notice how your body feels.

If you have a lot of stress that's still coming up, take a few more deep breaths and try going through the tapping round again. If you still notice a lot of different worry thoughts and issues coming up, please consider giving yourself the gift of peace and calm this year.feeling calm and free

The best way to help bring love and healing to your home and to those you care about is to put yourself first. When you feel calm and centered, problems become so much easier to solve and often times solve themselves. Everyone around you will feel more at ease because you are! It's the greatest gift ever!
