I'm excited to share today's video with you because it's so important!
If you’ve ever thought anything like the following or said any of it out loud, please pay attention!
"I’m not good enough"
"I can’t do that"
"No one helps me, no one’s there for me"
"No one cares about me"
"I’ll never get better"
"I’ll always struggle"
"Things will never get better"
"I’m fat and ugly"
"Life just hard and I’m tired"
"Everyone in my family has health problems, I’m sure my turn is coming."
These are the kinds of thoughts that can become deeply ingrained and affect our lives more than we can possibly imagine.
Sometimes despite our best efforts, they simmer in the back of our minds slowly trickling their poison until it spreads throughout our whole lives!
These kinds of thoughts are called "limiting beliefs" and over time they tend to turn into deep core issues.

Years ago when I was first introduced to this concept, I didn’t know any great techniques to help process this stuff.
I just knew these kinds of thoughts weren’t good and I needed to change them which seemed simple enough…. Until I tried it!
Did you know that the average person tends to think around 50,000 thoughts per day?! Can you imagine how daunting it is to try and turn that disaster around when the majority of those thoughts have been negative and destructive???? And... you don't have the tools or know how to get out?
I will never forget that first day I started really paying attention to what was going on in my mind and coming out of my mouth! I was shocked and overwhelmed to say the least!
The thoughts and words in my head seemed to be a constant stream that sounded like:
“I hate that. That’s stupid. I’m so stupid. My life is so dumb. My house looks so dumb. It’s a mess. I’m such a stupid mom. My poor kids will never be okay. I don’t get it. Why are they doing that, how stupid.”
After a few hours of just hearing all of this, I felt hopeless and like giving up! I remember actually saying to myself, “This is stupid! Everybody talks like this, how else is a person supposed to think anyway? Whatever… I’m done!”
Thank my lucky stars the concept stayed with me and nagged at the back of my mind to the point I thought I would go crazy!
In a desperate attempt to get this crap out of my mind, I ordered a CD from Louise Hay called "Power Thoughts."
I listened to that thing every day for a year to try and teach my mind a new way to think and see things!
Since that difficult time, I’ve discovered lots more healing techniques that work to make the process simpler and thankfully FASTER!
I think we all have negative beliefs and thought patterns that come and go depending on where we are in life and what we're currently dealing with.
Maybe you've always felt great about money until you experience something dramatic such as a health crisis or job loss?
When our peace of mind and security is threatened, our deepest fears, and life beliefs tend to rise to the surface to greet us..
Lately I’ve noticed a bunch of beliefs I didn't even realize I had all around money and also my productivity! Every morning and often throughout the day I have noticed that I say the same thing, “Well, I’m just not a morning person. I hate mornings.” So… it really shouldn’t be a surprise that my productivity and the way I feel physically isn’t awesome in the morning… :/ Also, because of some deep issues about security and survival, I've noticed myself putting things off that I don't want to look at. :/
The good news is, no matter what you're facing, it's not a big deal to heal and change things. The point is to just start being aware, and then be willing to do the clearing work to shift things!
When you do this, it brightens your whole life! Like a psychic spring cleaning! It opens the windows of new possibilities so things can shift and you can see more clearly what the next right move should be.
