This can feel overwhelming and even a little bit scary when you really start paying attention to the words you speak and the thoughts you think about everything that's happening in your life.
So today, we're going to start paying attention!
Notice which areas, people, or situations in your life tend to give you the most discomfort.
Do you feel overwhelmed and inadequate as a parent or housekeeper?
Do you feel dread and misery when you think about your job or career? Do you feel anxiety when you think about paying bills and your bank accounts? What about exercise and nutrition?
Do you feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when these things come up?
We're all constantly learning, growing and improving so there will always be something new to focus on, heal, and clean up in our lives. Let's forgive ourselves for not being perfect yet, for making mistakes, and feeling negative when things are going wrong.
Today's focus is about noticing one area of your life that brings you discomfort and paying attention to the thoughts you are thinking about it.
